Mr. Alain Laurent BOLO (Founder, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer): A graduate of Math, Law and Economics. Mr. Bolo founded the Unicorn Group after a successful career in energy logistics.
Mr. Martin Chuckuwezi (Chief Technical Officer): Engr. Martin Ndudi Chukwuezi has more
than 20 years’ experience that spread across the academia and the petroleum industry. He started his
career with Laser Engineering Consultant as Reservoir Engineer after the compulsory NYSC. Upon
completion of MEng in Petroleum Engineering in 2000, he joined Department of Petroleum and Gas
Engineering, University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, as Lecturer II. During his career with
University of Port Harcourt, he had the privilege of attending IFP School in Paris for Train the Trainer
Program being sponsored by NNPC/Total JV. In his quest to blend theory with practice had a career move
to Schlumberger Nigeria Ltd as Senior Reservoir Engineer. Based on his excellent performance and a
recommendation of his Operations Manager he was nominated to work in North Africa Geomarket of
Schlumberger. He later left the services of Schlumberger in 2008 and joined Respsol in Madrid before he
was posted to Repsol Exploration, Algeria.
Martin also worked briefly wtih Frontier Oil Ltd, Shoreline Natural Resources Ltd and Sinopec as
Consultant Senior Reservoir Engineer.
He is an active member of Society of Petroleum Engineers, SPE, Society of Industrial and Applied
Mathematics, SIAM, American Association of Petroleum Geologist, AAPG and Association of Computing
Machinery, ACM.
